The following rules and conditions must be respected in all their terms from the moment the reservation is made, throughout the stay, and until the end of the stay. Otherwise, the property owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation or require immediate departure, without refund of any amount under any circumstances.
- As a general rule, the property is rented as a whole unit. However, room rental may also be considered. Please contact us to check conditions.
- At the time of booking, the name and contact telephone number of the person making the reservation must be provided, as well as all legally required details. A payment equivalent to one night’s stay will be required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid within the month prior to arrival.
- Check-in time is from 15:00h onwards and check-out must be before 12:00h.
- It is not permitted to accommodate a number of guests exceeding the maximum capacity of the house. The exact number of adults, children, and children under 2 years old must be specified at the time of booking.
- The house is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. It also has centralized hot/cold air conditioning.
- Water, electricity, and heating consumption are included in the total price of the stay.
- Pets are allowed in the property with an additional supplement and prior agreement with the owner.
- The introduction of furniture, sound equipment, or similar items into the house is not permitted, nor is the execution of any type of work.
- The property may not be used for any purpose other than that agreed upon. Activities contrary to hygiene, normal coexistence, or public order are strictly prohibited. Events or celebrations are not allowed. The property owner is not responsible for improper use of the facilities that may result in damage or injury to guests.
- The owner is not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables left in the accommodation during the stay, nor for their loss, disappearance, or theft.
- The reservation will not be considered confirmed until the client has paid the amount corresponding to one night’s stay.
- A security deposit of €150 will be required to guarantee proper use of the accommodation. Any damage to furniture, goods, common areas, or exterior spaces must be repaired or compensated at the owner’s discretion according to market replacement or repair costs. The property will inspect the house within two days after departure and, if no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded.
- To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests, El Mirador del Abuelo has internal house rules. These rules are provided to the person making the reservation and are also available in the house. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of these conditions.
